Meet Saural, a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with a positive outlook on life. Her journey began at Governors State University in Chicago, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With a natural inclination for empathy, care, and kindness, she found her true calling in helping others as a Physical Therapist.
During her time as a PT aide, Saural's fascination with physical therapy outcomes and functional progress fueled her curiosity about the intricate movements of the human body. This passion led her to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
She is a certified practitioner in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management, LSVT BIG and Functional Dry Needling. She is passionate about treating vertigo, dizziness, balance disorders, musculoskeletal injuries and disorders, and pre- and post-operative orthopedic care. She takes joy in working with individuals of all ages, from teenagers to the elderly, helping them reach their maximum potential based on their unique needs and abilities.
Saural prioritizes addressing patients' questions and concerns, guided by her belief in "treating patients the way she wants to be treated." Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, she embraces diversity and cultural understanding in her practice.
Outside the clinic, Saural embraces an active lifestyle. Whether hiking or skiing, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family. Complementing her love for nature, she stays active through regular workouts and values the importance of social connections. Saural's positivity, expertise, and commitment to patient care make her an integral part of our Colorado Physio Clinic team.

Melanie McLain
PT, DPT, Staff Physical Therapist
Meet Melanie. She is a compassionate and diplomatic individual who has always been fascinated by the complexity of the human body and its ability to heal. This prompted her to study Sports Medicine at Pepperdine University and later earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Denver in 2016. She is certified in Dry Needling as well as in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. She speaks English and is conversational in Spanish.
Melanie is passionate about partnering with patients to meet their goals. She loves the teaching aspect of physical therapy and finding creative ways to tackle problems.
Away from the clinic, she enjoys time with her husband and two daughters, being active outdoors- especially snowboarding, and cheering on the Broncos and the Nuggets.

Naomi Smart
LMT, NMT, Licensed Massage Therapist
Meet Naomi. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is passionate about using her skills to help her clients improve their pain, mobility, strength and also to reduce stress. She always strives to help and provide the best care to those she sees.
She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and specializes in scar tissue therapy, prenatal and postnatal care, and neuromuscular massage. She also plans to expand her expertise into sports massage.
She discovered a true passion for helping clients feel better and takes pride in seeing them achieve their wellness goals. Outside of her massage therapy practice, she enjoys spending time with her family’s new puppy, as well as reading and crocheting.

Trevor Rice
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet Trevor. A dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional, she currently serves as a Patient Care Coordinator while also assisting with billing and insurance authorizations at Colorado Physio Clinic. She began her career as a respiratory therapist, gaining valuable clinical experience and a strong foundation in patient care. After stepping away from her professional role to focus on raising her family as a full-time mom, she returned to the healthcare field with renewed passion and purpose.
In her current role, she is known for her positivity, kindness, and strong attention to detail. She excels at creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. A natural team player, she collaborates effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient experiences.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is deeply committed to serving her community. She actively volunteers at her church and is passionate about supporting the Castle Rock community, including organizing and participating in initiatives that provide meals for underserved children in the area.
In her personal time, she values making meaningful memories with her family and enjoys traveling whenever she can. She loves her dog, sports and cooking. Her dedication to both her work and her community reflects her genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others and makes her an integral part of our team.
